Truck art workshop for Google’s Creative Immersion Programme

Created for teams from Google UK and India as part of their Creative Immersion Programme, this workshop was designed as a space for creativity, exchange, and shared learning across cultures and disciplines. Over two days in a Nagpur truck yard, truck artists and Googlers came together to learn from one another and make work collaboratively.

Set within the energy and atmosphere of the truck yard, the workshop offered an immersive introduction to Indian truck art and its makers. The co-created works were later transported and exhibited at Google’s Bengaluru office.

β€œThe Truck Art workshop myself and others from Google did with Farid and his team was fantastic. The planning and execution was carefully considered and with plenty of attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Having a chance to meet and work with the artists was an amazing opportunity to observe their craft first-hand and also to learn some of the key styles and techniques they use to create their beautiful work.”
